With the passage (4dir) settings in the tileset window. The one where you have the little arrows (you can toggle between that mode and the x o star one on the right side in the window). I hope this helps. If you open up the example project, you can check the setting I had on my version.

how do you use the doors?
They are event/sprite sheets, if you don't know how to make them work, there's an example in the example project.
